Penthouse apartment with garage and large terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings in Valencia near to the beach and with good public transport links into the city centre. As you may have guessed there's a but... More of that later. . . Three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, living room, kitchen and a small balcony too set over two floors. It's spacious but the photos make it look cramped because the owners have a lot of stuff. . . The but though... Actually there are two. It stinks of pets (cats and/or dogs) and will need a good clean on buying. And the second catch, it's on the wrong side of the worst building in the Malvarrosa which you have to walk past to get to the beach. Worst in what sense? Marginalised and underinvested. Let's just say you may be offered soft drugs on your way to the beach and on the way back and it looks horrible. Apart from that no worries.Location
