Internal Infrastructure

The residential complex has nurseries where plants are grown, with Facilities on grounds of more than 8,000 m2, where they produce up to 1,000 varieties of different plant species.

Nursery 1

This nursey has a rigid structure with artificial ventilation (air conditioning) set at 18ºC. The magnifying effect of the glass on the sun achieves a constant temperature of 23 – 24º C. It also has humidifiers to keep the humidity constant, which is necessary to maintain these kinds of plants. In this nursery, we work with indoor plants.

Nursery 2

It has a semi-permanent pavilion (called an umbraculum), with natural ventilation. Due to varying temperatures throughout the year, natural ventilation can not be relied on to maintain the plants, so the shaded cloth house can be closed for the use of artificial ventilation.

Interior and Exterior

The apartments consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and come equipped with bed linen, towels, TV, a fully-fitted kitchen, and a patio with sea views, some accommodation options have a balcony.

Rooms feature a sunny patio as well as climate control, coffee/tea makers, and a sofa. This apartment has a capacity for 6 people. Some apartments have 2 bedrooms. Featuring a bidet and a shower. The bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and bath towels.

Outdoor furniture on terraces is composed of:

• Terrace table and 4 chairs.
• 2-seater sofa and coffee table (except in one-bedroom apartments).

Furniture inside the apartments:

• Sofa bed (seats 3 as a sofa, seats 2 as a bed).
• Coffee table.
• Sideboard (according to type).
• Dining table with 6 chairs.
• Double bed canapé-style headboard and mattress of 150 cm.
• 2 bedside tables in the main bedroom.
• 2 single beds canapé-style with 90 cm mattress, headboard, and 1 bedside table in the second bedroom.
• White furniture in the main bathroom, with 2 drawers under the sink, illuminated mirror, shower column, and hanging cabinet.
• For apartments with 2 bathrooms: furniture in the second bathroom, shower screens, shelves, mirrors, accessories (hangers, towel racks, brush holders, toilet paper holders, and wastebasket).
• Elements of interior decoration, bedding, curtains or blinds, mirrors, and decorative pictures in the apartments.

This accommodation is a 1-minute walk from the beach. The property is located in Oropesa del Mar, 550 meters from Les Amplaries Beach and 2.2 km from Morro de Gos Beach.

The nearest airport is Castellón Airport, 24 km from Marina D'Or Jardines del Mar I. An airport shuttle service is available for a surcharge.
