The real estate portal Solvia has put up for sale new offers: 153 duplexes at low prices, ready to move in. The cheapest offer will cost the buyer 30,000 euros — an affordable alternative when compared with the average offer in the modern Spanish market.

Spain is suffering from inflation, the problems of the international sphere and the world economy have not spared it. In particular, the country's economy is not bypassed by the problem of the banking sector, which has clearly taken shape with the bankruptcy of the American Silicon Valley Bank.

Today, European banks are tightening the conditions for obtaining a mortgage loan, not to mention the high interest rates on such financial instruments. For this reason, housing offers that can meet the budget available to the average citizen will come in handy now more than ever.

Solvia is a SOCIMI company, essentially an investment company, which uses depositors' funds to invest in real estate and extract income from it. Mainly due to the provision of purchased real estate for rent.
