Belgian Gold Estates and Alicante-based M&D team up to build tourist homes

The Belgian company Gold Estates, which specializes in coastal housing for foreign investors, has teamed up with Alicante-based real estate consultancy M & M&D Management, led by Héctor Domenech, to build tourist homes on the Costa Blanca. M&D Management will now act as the local “representative” of the Belgian developer with a delegated development agreement and will also be responsible for managing the post-construction assets for profit.

Gold Estates, Sun Investments Spain has been present in the Spanish real estate market since 2016. The firm is headed by Bruno Van Den Driesche and Bruno de Troche, who have extensive experience in the sector. Bruno De Troche has been a contractor for 25 years and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Bruno Van Den Driesche has been a project developer and real estate expert in Belgium since 2000 and since 2016 also in Spain.

Together, Bruno has already concluded more than 500 deals between Belgium and Spain. The duo is currently focusing on the Spanish market and, in particular, developing first-class projects. Their main milestone in Spain is the Blue Line Residence project, completed in 2018 in La Vila, the first private hotel-serviced apartment building on the peninsula.

The project has been operating for over a year with a full range of rental services, hotel services and the possibility of holding business events and seminars.

Now Gold Estates is promoting its second major project in the province, Gran Mirador in Mutxamel, and has teamed up with Hector Domenech from Alicante of M&D Management and Mediterranean Lettings. The group, based in Alicante, provides the Belgian developer with delegated promotion services, both at an administrative and legal level, and completion of construction with another group company. In addition, Mediterranean Lettings, a tourist rental company, will manage the property after the sale.

Gold Estates sells most of its properties in the country of origin, both to buyers looking for a second home on the Costa Blanca and investors. In both cases, Mediterranean Lettings will manage the property as a tourist property to provide value to buyers.

“This agreement is designed to support the continued growth of Gold Estates and our company’s rental and customer service projects. The vision of the two Brunos is clear: complete customer service in the areas of rental, recreation, as well as emigration and business start-up,” explained the developer.
