Entering the south-east part we find a pedestrian gate where through a beautiful corridor of hedges we reach the main entrance staircase of the villa. Once inside on the left we find a spacious room with large open kitchen with bar and a splendid living room with double sofa bed chaislongue and storage.
50 inch TV and a cast iron wood stove. The kitchen is renovated in 2023 as all its appliances and facilities are new:
American type fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a spectacular 5-burner gas stove with a large gas oven and electric grill, which works wonders. All appliances and furniture are delivered with the house. Through the kitchen we have access to the covered terrace and the oven area and outdoor barbecue.
In the living room all its woods are solid, including the central table of 10 diners, side tables and shelves. We have a large window that overlooks the east mountain of the island and the covered terrace.
Finally remark that also in the living room we find the central heating of the house running on wood, a cast iron stove Brand SAEY 10 KW with a system of fans that work by thermal inversion, which distribute heat throughout the room, rooms and bathrooms. It should be said that the same stove is prepared in case you want to mount radiators in all rooms. All windows and doors in the living room and kitchen are new and have micro ventilation and 3 opening positions.
If we continue to the first floor after 6 steps we find a bathroom with large bathtub, renovated in 2023 and 3 double bedrooms; two double beds and 1 with two single beds. These have fitted wardrobes in 2 of them and a desk in the other. All rooms have silent fans with 3 speeds, so the hottest months put the speed 1 and you cover at night. The 4 rooms have the new Veka windows in PVC and triple glazing, all of them
with basic microventilation position on the island, oscillatory and total opening.
On the ground floor of the villa, entering the part SE we find a door with the first access for car that leads us to an outdoor space of about 10 meters long, paved and where we can leave our vehicle parked. On the sides are many varieties of trees. If we continue we find a renewed door of 4 sheets that gives us access to an annex of 49m2 which is conditioned with 1 bathroom completely renovated in 2023, 1 double room and a large open space that contains kitchenette type. All removable with all your new appliances: washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, and a large kitchen of 5 stoves with an oven of 6 kilos.
All appliances and furniture are delivered with the house. In this case we have again an American bar with two high chairs, living room with sofa bed, television and fans in all its rooms. In this case as heating we have a stove of the brand NORDICA very elegant and efficient which is dimensioned for the size of the space.

Below this covered terrace is a collection of river water native to the construction of the house that has a volume similar to the pool.
In the times we live it is important to have a strong reserve of water that you can use to live or simply water and fill the pool. This fully automatic reservoir has a new pump of 2024 central which moving 2 keys of passage gives water to all the dependencies of
the villa on all its floors and of course to the entire garden and irrigation systems.
The reservoir was checked and cleaned in 2023 after which the water collection and the central pump were installed.
About the systems and maintenance of the villa
The villa is painted inside and outside in June 2024, the sanitary water pipes, general from the same meter hitch are put new in December 2023 of large diameter multilayer material to supply more flow. All the exterior glassware of the villa is replaced by new PVC from the prestigious German brand Veka in its top quality, which provides optimal insulation both in summer and winter. All the main windows of cross ventilation and
terrace have mosquito nets both upstairs and ground floor and semi-basement, also in both bathrooms.

All electrical installations, television antenna changed in 2024, new LED lights of the whole villa in LED technology are reviewed in all rooms, inside and outside.
