Internal Infrastructure
A Condominium with a pedestrian entrance to the urbanization on Avenida Benissa consists of automated doors, a video intercom and a mailbox area. Green areas with flower beds, natural grass, shrubs, trees and palm trees and irrigation systems. It also has urban features such as benches, litter bins, signage, and outdoor lighting. The routes remain adapted for people with reduced mobility and the entrance to all the usual resources and houses of the urbanization are easily accessible.
The urbanization includes a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for the little ones, a spa, jacuzzis, chillout space, a children's playground and 2 paddle tennis courts.

- Children's pool: shallow, glass-enclosed and beach-like entrance, equipped with a children's game.
- 2 Jacuzzis: with an approximate capacity for 8/10 people. As well as swimming pools, showers, toilets and room for lifeguards and maintenance room.

This region is quite popular for housing iconic buildings on the Benidorm skyline, such as the Bali hotel. Let's not forget that Benidorm has one of the most popular golf courses in the province: Sierra Cortina, as well as the three theme parks and several shopping malls nearby.
