MVGM will manage 35,400 m2 located in five new AEW buildings

MVGM, a European property management company, has announced the addition of five new projects to its portfolio of assets: four in Barcelona and one in Madrid. All are part of the real estate portfolio of AEW, one of the world’s largest real estate asset managers.

This operation will enable MVGM, led in Spain by Eliza Navarro, to add 35,400 m2 to its management. With the management of the Hidira building in the Mas Blau area of El Prat de Llobregat, the company is strengthening its position as a park manager.

The Conata 2 building, located in Sant Joan Despi, a city on the outskirts of Barcelona, has an ideal communication location. The headquarters of TV3, along with other office buildings, assigns it a significant role in the panorama of multinational companies.

On the other hand, the building located at the confluence of Joan de Austria and Ramon Turro in district 22 of Barcelona (transformation of the Poblenou quarter) represents MVGM’s exit to another area with unique buildings.

Another new development is the Urgell building in Barcelona’s Eixample district, which provides small offices for rent.

MVGM will manage the CC124 complex in Madrid, an office building undergoing a complete refurbishment process. It is located in the heart of the Salamanca district, in the central part of the capital, where financial companies, legal advisers and other vital professionals are concentrated.

MVGM will be responsible for the management of the lease agreements and the technical and operational management of the five buildings. With this deal, the company will strengthen its position as a long-term partner of AEW Investments in the Spanish market.

Rafael Hernandez, MVGM Barcelona Representative, said, “We are delighted that AEW has entrusted MVGM with the management of these buildings in the province of Barcelona. It is another step towards establishing ourselves in such a market.”
