Among the guarantees are the opportunity to leave Europe for a long time, the acquisition of Spanish citizenship through residency and obtaining a work permit for both the investor and his family members.

According to Eja 21, Lisbon, Madrid and Barcelona were the most attractive European cities for real estate investments in 2022.

On the other hand, the Spanish market has created a legal and economic framework that promotes the creation and development of activities of foreign investors. A Spanish company can be fully controlled by foreign capital and directors.
