Also in the Bar there is a beautiful penthouse with a view of the castle and 5 bedrooms. It will cost the buyer 72,000 euros.
Next, you can pay attention to Almoradi. On Cali Colombia Street there is a penthouse for 69,000 euros, which has two bedrooms and an area of 120 square meters. In coastal cities such as Guardamar del Segura, prices are getting higher and are already reaching 120,000 euros. For example, at this price you can find a penthouse with 3 bedrooms and an area of 130 square meters.
There is a similar offer in Benidorm. Penthouse in the city center at a price of around 122,000 euros. Another option is Torrevieja. A beach destination where you can find some good offers at a price of 130,000 euros.
In Alicante itself, the capital of the province of the same name, there are also enough options, although they will come out in a significant amount. The most affordable offer is a penthouse in the La Florida area. It has four bedrooms and an area of 130 square meters. Such housing will cost the buyer 136 000 euros. Other offers are even more expensive.
The luxury segment of penthouses in Alicante starts, approximately, at the level of 365 000 euros. In general, in Alicante, as in the province as a whole, prices rise the more the closer housing is located to the beach areas. For example, one of the rather expensive offers is a penthouse on Países Escandinavos Avenue — the price reaches 345,000 euros with an area of 86 square meters.
Also in the Idealista range, you can find real estate from Alicante at a price above a million euros, although this is already in fact a super-elite residential segment. Nevertheless, this puts into perspective the cheapness of the options offered above.
