For their construction, the company has already acquired a plot of more than 4 million square meters in Manilva, in the Costa del Sol. These projects will be aimed at attracting international interest in equestrian sports and golf and inspired by such popular destinations as Sotogrande and Valderrama. The plot in Manilva is picturesque — it offers a continuous and spectacular view of the sea and Gibraltar.
Dar Global has already launched many premium real estate projects in different parts of the world, including real estate in the fields of recreation and wellness. Currently, the company has facilities in Qatar, Oman and the UAE, created jointly with Pagani, Missoni, Elie Saab and Trump. The Mayor of Manilva, Mario Jimenez, stressed in a recent statement related to the arrival of Dar Global in the city that such investment formats from foreign companies have become possible thanks to the political and economic stability of the region.
