JOYFASA is a family real estate developer created in 1988 that has basically grown with its own resources and little debt. This has allowed us to easily overcome the crises of the early 90s, the one that emerged in 2008 and those that may come. Our land portfolio for future developments (more than 2,000 homes) is characterized by its excellent location and its absence of debt, which is why we are shielded against future crises. The management team is made up of engineers and economists.
