Builder and real estate agency for modern villas on the northern Costa Blanca.

GH Costa Blanca is a family business run by brothers Ernesto and Darío García Haba from its office in Calpe. The company designs and builds contemporary villas, designer bungalows and high-tech apartments in the best areas of the northern Costa Blanca, and also sells new-build and resale properties.

Its GH Construction division has delivered around 30 homes, mainly villas in Calpe, Moraira, Benissa and Jávea, as well as in Altea, Benitachell, Teulada, Denia, Albir and Pedreguer. The company also markets the Alexia residential complex in Calpe, completed in 2023.

The team of seven includes a technical architect as well as sales and account managers. GH Costa Blanca helps buyers find a home to buy or rent and helps owners sell or let their properties. The team speaks Spanish, English, German, French and Dutch.
