Red Palm Estate is a Swedish–Spanish agency based in Torrevieja, founded in 2020 by Ann-Cathrin (Anki) Lindfors, a real estate agent with a Spanish brokerage diploma. The agency sells new-build and resale homes on the southern Costa Blanca, in Torrevieja, Guardamar, Santa Pola and Orihuela Costa, and along the Costa Cálida as far as Mazarrón, and offers hundreds more properties through its network of partner agencies.

Red Palm works only with developers that hold all licences and provide bank guarantees for buyers' deposits. Besides sales, the team helps with rentals, home insurance, alarms, internet connection, renovation, interior design, cleaning and key management, and connects clients with partners for mortgages and legal and tax matters.

The agency is registered with RAICV (No. 0794) and is a member of GIPE. The team speaks Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, English, Spanish, German and French.
