Land plot in Ciutadella De Menorca, Menorca, Spain No. 65488

Cala Morell, a place of calm and beauty, just 7km from Ciutadella. This corner plot has a carefully designed project, paying great attention to every detail to achieve the best sea views from the swimming pool area. Is there a better place to enjoy the peace and quiet in an urbanisation with no hotels or built up areas, with three restaurants within walking distance, and the sparkling turquoise waters in the bay for a refreshing swim? In cooler weather pick up the route on the renown bridle path on the camí de cavalls and enjoy some of the stunning scenery on this north-west sector.

NOTE: The urbanization does not have a sewage system, which makes obtaining the building permit conditional.
