House in Valdovino, A Coruna, Spain 246 sq.m. No. 188005

HUGE ESTATE BESIDE A STREAM WITH A TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN RUINS AND SEVERAL OUTBUILDINGS

This house dates from 1880 and sits on an estate of over 22,000 m², ideal for livestock farming or horse breeding.
The house once had several rooms but requires complete rehabilitation, including the roof and interior. The stone walls can be preserved and will form the basis of a fine house within a village not far from Ferrol and the beautiful beaches of Valdovino. The village bar is a 5-minute walk away.

The construction retains the character and essence of traditional stone architecture, providing a solid foundation for a respectful rehabilitation that honours its history and original charm. Every corner offers the opportunity to design a fully personalized home, combining the appeal of authenticity with modern comforts.

The estate features extensive land that offers privacy, space, and multiple uses: gardens and vegetable plots, leisure areas, fruit trees, or even a small agricultural project. The space invites you to enjoy the landscape and the tranquillity of the surroundings, becoming a perfect retreat to escape the pace of city life.

Restoring a house like this is no small undertaking, but it is worthwhile if you can appreciate a setting of incredible natural beauty where the soil has never been treated with chemicals, where raising children is a healthy endeavour, and where you can truly live self-sufficiently.

If you imagine bringing life back to a house with history and enjoying an estate of substantial size, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
