Villa in Roses, Girona, Spain 4 bedrooms, 124 sq.m. No. 157808

Located on the heights of Almadrava, this house offers what everyone dreams of having here: sea views that you never get tired of.

The main house: three bedrooms, a bathroom, a large terrace facing the beach and a covered shaded terrace to enjoy summer meals. It is lived both outside and inside, depending on the time and the season.

On the top floor, a solarium overlooks the bay. It is the perfect place to install a jacuzzi or a rest area and turn the end of the day into an unforgettable moment.

The exterior is in the image and likeness of the house: facing the sea. The infinity pool literally merges with the blue of the Mediterranean. A separate room with its bathroom completes the property, ideal for receiving family and friends in complete autonomy.

The real advantage of this property is, without a doubt, its privileged location, in the heart of the Almadrava neighbourhood, considered the most sought-after in Roses, and its stunning views of the sea.
