Villa in Palma de Majorca, Mallorca, Spain 5 bedrooms, 715 sq.m. No. 129225

This incredible property is more than 300 years old but has been totally refurbished and restored with great care and attention to detail. It is located in Bonanova in a residential area and is offering unbelievable views over the green valley.

The house is laid out as follows: Entrance hall leading to the large country style kitchen totally equipped with top range utilities and an adjacent breakfast area with beautiful stove. The elegant dining room is situated next to the large living room which offers floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows to the sensational green valley. The main house has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a guest WC. Additionally, there is an independent guest apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and shower room as well as an extra room which could be ideal for a private gym.

There are several uncovered and covered terraces between the house and the pool as well as a level lawn garden and a vegetable garden.

We truly recommend an on-site viewing to this house as it is so full of character and personality which is difficult to transmit only through the pictures.
