The developer Vía Ágora managed to get hold of all the land in the highly demanded area of the capital - Madrid-Rio.

Last March, a company controlled by Juan Antonio Gomez-Pintado bought a plot of land from Sareb located at 191 Calle Antonio López (next to Parque Lineal del Manzanares) and has now managed to acquire the remaining 50% of the plot after winning an auction of plots from Reyal Urbis.

In total, there are 7,000 sq. m. land suitable for building. Vía Ágora plans to build new buildings, and the area of the site allows to build about 70 houses there.

The company is already implementing several projects in different parts of Spain. For example, a residential complex in the historic centre of Villa de Vallecas (San Jaime complex) and Valdebebas (Valdebebas complex) and in Andalusia where construction is underway in Mairena del Alyarafe.

In Madrid alone, Vía Ágora plans to invest 400 million euros by 2024 to build more than 1,800 houses. Achievement of a turnover of 180 million euros by this time is also among the goals.
