The consulting organization Cushman & Wakefield announced contracts for 125,000 m2 in Madrid and 92,000 m2 in Barcelona. In addition, the volume of investments amounted to 400 million euros, an increase of 281% compared to the same quarter of 2021. Madrid accounted for 50% of transactions.
As for the rent, in Barcelona, it remains 27.5 euros per m2 per month in business districts.
