The penthouse is located in the building number 111 on the extremely popular Paseo de Gracia street - one of the main avenues of Barcelona and one of the most important shopping and business centers of the city. Paseo da Garcia 111 is a multi-storey building with 30 apartments and 4 penthouses.
Previously it was a commercial building, the headquarters of Deutsche Bank in Barcelona. The building belongs to the project of the luxury hotel "Mandarin Oriental". The developer KR Property undertook the renovation and repair of the building in order to turn it into one of the most expensive and exclusive residential real estate offers not only in the city, but also in the country.
One of the most interesting details of the sold penthouse is its viewing angle. From the windows of this facility, the person living in it gets a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city.
