A new skyscraper has appeared in Benidorm, a city in Alicante. It is about Benidorm Beach, a 126-metre high residential building consisting of 36 floors.
The property is located in the area of Poniente Beach, one of the areas of the most active urban development in recent years. Since the beginning of 2021, 5 major projects has been completed in the district and 3 more are underway.
Alibuilding is responsible for the construction, development, and promotion of the project, and Sonneil Homes agency is engaged in sales — a total of 196 apartments were put into operation on the housing market.
The residential complex is the fifth-tallest skyscraper in Benidorm and the first among the buildings erected after the outbreak of COVID-19. Nevertheless, the main advantages of the project are its environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.
In addition, it will be the highest swimming pool in Spain and one of the highest in Europe: it occupies an area of 60 square meters and is located on the 26th floor of the building. After the construction is completed, the pool will overlook the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Benidorm.
Two-thirds of the apartments in Benidorm Beach have been sold out. The main buyers are foreign nationals, especially from the Netherlands, Poland, and Scandinavian countries.
According to the Idealista real estate portal, apartment prices range from 391,000 to 930,000 euros.
The offer includes apartments with two, three and four rooms. They have spacious terraces with sea views.
The building has a wide range of common areas: a swimming pool for adults, a children's pool, a heated pool, a spa and Jacuzzi, a relaxation area, a children's playground, two tennis courts, a running circle, and an indoor gym.
The hotel also has a children's area and a covered terrace of 150 square meters.
The complex is located near Poniente Beach and many establishments that have turned this part of Benidorm into an extremely popular area of the city.
Residents of Benidorm Beach have direct access to schools, restaurants, shops, and various entertainment venues.
Soon, the sign "Sold" will appear on the complex, as the agency and promoter of this skyscraper are selling the last apartments.
