Experts analyzed the latest trends in the Spanish real estate market during the Easter holidays. The demand for booking holiday homes increased by 7% compared to 2021 and by 10 compared to 2019.
Over the next 15 days, real estate in such Mediterranean regions as Costa Blanca, Costa Brava and Costa del Sol will be the most sought-after. With Andalusia and northern Spain, these locations had over 50% of house bookings.
Although the number of bookings made by Spaniards decreased slightly compared to the previous year, the demand among German tourists doubled, and among French tourists tripled. This trend, as well as the fact that Britons are going to travel to Spain again, suggests that the tourism industry has completely returned to the pre-pandemic level.
