Spanish banks are ready to sell apartments in their property at a price of less than 10,000 euros

Not only developers and real estate agencies sell, sometimes amazing, real estate in Spain. This is also done by various real estate servicing companies, usually controlled by international investment funds, as well as banks engaged in issuing mortgage loans and managing real estate taken under such money.

One of the prominent sellers on the local market is the debt and asset management company Haya Real Estate. This organization sells about 15,000 objects around the country annually. In the company's portfolio for sale, you can find residential real estate at a price of less than 10,000 euros.

Another company on the market is Banco Santander, which has two real estate service agencies: Aliseda-Anticipa and Altamira. Both operate throughout Spain and the real estate they offer belongs to a variety of types: apartments, villas, warehouses, parking spaces, etc.

In the offer from Aliseda-Anticipa, you can find both luxury villas for 3 million euros and an extremely cheap offer for less than 10,000 euros, as in the case of Haya. Altamira has in its portfolio more than 12,000 properties across the country. The cost of houses varies from 6,000 euros to 2.7 million euros.

There is also an offer from the real estate service company Hipoges, managed by the American investment fund KKR. The company controls about 68,000 facilities throughout Spain. The cost per offer varies from 4,000 euros to 1.35 million euros.

Under the management of Banco Santander, until recently, there was a service company Solvia, which has now come under the control of the Intrum investment fund. Prices for offers from Solvia range from 4,000 euros to 7 million euros. Intrum also owns the company Casaktua, which sells real estate units at a price of 5,000 euros.

Finally, you can turn to the offer from Servihabitat, whose portfolio of assets includes real estate from Sareb and Caixabank. This company stands out for the low cost of its homes. For example, newly built villas can be purchased for just 18,500 euros.
