Sanjosé to build luxury houses for KKH and Mandarin Oriental on Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona

Gradually, Spanish real estate is solving some issues that remained unresolved due to the pandemic. KKH Property Investors has finally appointed Sanjose Constructora to perform work on the construction of an elite residential building, which will be erected in a 20-storey building located on Paseo de Gracia 111 in Barcelona, at the intersection with Diagonal Avenue, as sources in the company told Idealista/news.

The new residential complex, which has an area of more than 13,000 sq. m., will have 34 luxury houses (including several penthouses), and it will be managed by the Mandarin Oriental company, similar to the one used by Four Seasons for luxury apartments in Complejo Canalejas.

The house will also have parking spaces and spacious communal areas, including the main living room, green areas, a gym, a wellness center, a business space, as well as a roof garden, a swimming pool and unsurpassed views.

The building will have 20 floors and thirty apartments with 1-4 bedrooms and 4 full-story penthouses, with an area of 120 to 580 sq. m. Last spring, due to the pandemic, there was a slight delay in the work, as a result of which the firm did not make sales until March 2021, when, as they hoped, they would be able to start taking orders from potential buyers.

The price per square meter varies between 16,000 euros and 20,000 euros, although in the case of penthouses it may be higher. Restrictions on movement arose when the work was being completed, so Mandarin Oriental's bid for this exclusive project has been in "standby" mode for several months.

The project includes four penthouses, but only one of them is a real "pearl in the crown". This is a large penthouse on the top floor, with an area of almost 600 sq. m., the terrace of which surrounds most of the house. It has a double-height ceiling, which allows you to make a double floor, which will increase the living area.
