Prologis acquired 81,000 m2 of logistics space in Madrid

Prologis acquired a total of 81,000 m2 of logistics space in Madrid, Spain, with the help of CBRE, which advised the process.

We should remember that since February 2017, both firms have joined an alliance for development in Europe, starting with the UK. «The goal of this alliance is to offer the best logistics solutions to a wide range of customers», the companies report. It will also serve to strengthen the strong and long-standing relations between Prologis and CBRE in Spain.

Most of the operations are carried out in Madrid, where most of its Prologis activities are concentrated.

In particular, the following areas are highlighted:

  • Prologis Park de San Fernando;
  • Koslada;
  • Barajas;
  • Puerta de Madrid.

Manuel Jurado, Leasing Head at Prologis Spai, said that he was proud of the successes achieved by the two firms in 2021. «It's a luxury to work together with a reliable partner», he said.
