Premier sums up the results of the first half of the year. In the first six months of this year, the French developer commissioned a total of 317 houses in Spain compared with 215 in the same period last year, that is 47% higher. The company maintains its forecast for the end of the year with at least 734 housing units commissioned.
In terms of commercial activity, 267 off-plan houses were sold in the first half of 2021, compared to 208 houses in the same period in 2020.
To date, Premier has sold 87% of houses which will be commissioned in 2022, as well as over 60% of property scheduled for 2023. The Spanish developer Vicens Topas has completed the first six months of the year with a turnover of 67 million euros. To reinforce its development trajectory, Premier has a portfolio of over 180,000 square meters of land suitable for construction, 117,000 square meters of which are in Madrid and 71,000 square meters are in Catalonia.
Premier España ended fiscal 2020 with € 128 million in revenue, what is 13% higher compared to last year. The company earned a profit before taxes and depreciation of 19 million euros. Last year, the real estate company commissioned over 500 houses, a significant portion of which has been protected.
