These are the questions that Idealista, a real estate portal, receives. And, having performed a market research, the portal got interesting information.
According to Idealista, there are about 8,000 penthouses offered for sale on the national market today. All of them are located on the coast, and the lowest price is about €45,000. Quite a good offer, which, however, does not mean that there are no more expensive options on the market. Some of the properties found can reach a price of €210,000.
It should be noted that only 3 properties are offered at the price of €45,000. One of them is located in Albunol, in the province of Granada. The area of this penthouse is only 32 square meters, but it has a terrace of 79 square meters, encircling the entire land plot.
In general, houses with the lowest price should be looked for on the coast of Galicia. In Viveiro, for example, there is a 100-square-meter penthouse with 2 terraces, while in Ferrol you can find a 72-square-meter property with 3 bedrooms and a terrace.
Given this range of prices, buyers have a fairly wide range of options for purchasing permanent homes on the Spanish coast. Especially considering that all the properties are newly constructed and in good order.
