The cost of a dorm room in Palma is 390.71 euros per month, which makes the city the fifth most expensive provincial capital of Spain, according to a study by Pisos.
The real estate portal reports that the average rent in the country decreased by 0.60% in 2021 compared to 2020, or rather from 270.79 euros to 270.49 euros per month.

Furnished rooms make up 95.69% of the survey, and 57.23% of the rooms have heating.

The number of couples increased from 6.70% to 10.75%, pets are allowed in 10.50% of apartments, and smoking is prohibited in 42%.
