Nidom Homes and Unlatch to digitize Spanish real estate sales

Proptech Unlatch has signed a digital services agreement with Nidom Homes, a developer specializing in the construction of luxury homes in prime locations in Madrid. Unlatch is a B2B software solution designed for residential real estate professionals involved in the construction of new buildings. Through the joint efforts of the alliance, home sales will soon go digital, and the time for all stages of the transaction will be reduced thanks to the introduction of an electronic signature.

The contract is for a luxury 33-home development that Nidom Homes intends to build in Bravo Murillo, Madrid. The new software will automate the sales process and thereby facilitate all stages of the procedure for both the developer and the buyer.

Sonia Bentué, commercial director of Unlatch, says that “this tool allows to solve the commercialization of houses in a faster, more intuitive and efficient way. Unlatch’s solution contributes to improving the turnover and the entire process at different times of the home sale process”.

Nidom Homes notes that this platform is beneficial for three reasons. Firstly, “because of the CRM that allows to unify contacts, get real-time information, follow up and get reports without loss of time”. Secondly, Unlatch makes it possible to see the volume of sales and understand at what stage the communication and transaction with the customer is, down to the minute. And finally, this software is a functional and convenient space for informing the client: one click gives access to all the necessary documentation.

Unlatch landing throughout the world

Unlatch software is currently embedded in business processes of more than 350 real estate developers, mainly in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. In total, more than 85,000 customers are already using this technology solution.

Unlatch was launched in Spain in May 2021 after Axa Ventures Partners invested €5.2 million to support it. In addition, just last month, a solution for the residential real estate sector appeared in the United Kingdom, where the company is already in talks with construction firms to start cooperation.
