New four-star hotel in Seville

A four-star hotel on the island of La Cartuja, which is just under development, has already found a buyer. It was acquired by the company Montebalito, which has already established cooperation with a number of investment groups and hotel chains to lease them a new turnkey hotel facility.

Sources who reported on Montebalito's cooperation with investors and hotel chains did not disclose the price at which the object was sold, however, it is known that the total area of the hotel is 5,251 square meters, which are distributed over five floors and 85 rooms that will be able to provide 201 beds.

However, since the facility is just starting construction, it has yet to go through the approval procedure of the local Department for Urban Development. A draft of the work will be drawn up and a tender will be announced. The project organizer expects that both procedures will be completed within the next six months, and construction can begin in the fall of this year.

The hotel will have an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant with direct access to the extensive garden, a gym, a large terrace overlooking the already mentioned garden, underground parking, as well as several multi-purpose premises. The interior of the hotel will be designed in a minimalist style. The building will focus on large open and well-lit spaces.

This is the second project owned by Montebalito, in Seville. In 2018, the company participated in the renovation of an old building built in the XVII century. She subsequently used the building as tourist accommodation. for use as a tourist apartment. The already renovated facility is located next to Plaza del Museo and Plaza del Duque, on Via Monsalves, 39. The building now houses 8 apartments with one and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 32 people.

The company Montebalito was founded in 1972, has been actively present on the market since 2006. For almost two decades, the company has confidently won a place among the most prestigious Spanish companies in the hotel real estate sector. She is currently focusing on the major provincial capitals of Spain.
