Multimillion payments will be directed to the reconstruction of Aragon

In the coming weeks, the first payment from European funds for constructing houses in Aragon will already be received. Within the framework of this campaign, 33 million euros will be allocated for five areas, among which are the complex buildings reconstruction and the improvement of the individual house with the allocation of up to 3,000 euros for repairs. In total, Spain will be allocated 6,400 million euros for the construction sector, of which 200 million falls on Aragon.

As the head of the Association of Appraisers of Zaragoza, Lucio de la Cruz, explained on the air of Radio Aragonese: “Foundations are the salvation after the pandemic.” “The construction sector is showing strength, and the European Union notes that construction is one of the important sectors to pay attention to in addressing the decarbonization problem, as it is one of the most energy-consuming sectors,” he explained. De la Cruz explains that measures can be taken, for example, by improving the insulation of buildings, creating an additional layer of the façade.

The head of the Association of Appraisers of Zaragoza reminds, among other things, that Spain uses old and, therefore, “defective” parquet floors from the energy point of view. You can save more than € 1,300 per year on your electricity bills thanks to the renovation. These are average values depending on the building in each case.
