Karl Lagerfeld lands in Marbella with five luxury villas on the Golden Mile

Luxury real estate developer Sierra Blanca Estates will develop the first residential project for Karl Lagerfeld's fashion and design brand in Spain. Five luxury villas will be built on an area of over 9,000 square meters between the Penibetica Mountains and the Mediterranean coast of Marbella, in the heart of Marbella's Golden Mile.

Villas area will be from 500 to 900 square meters, and the sale price is still unknown, since the property, built with sustainable materials, will go on sale only in a few months. In addition, each residence “will be conceptually designed to harmonize perfectly with the natural, geographic and cultural identity of the environment”, explained Sierra Blanca Estates.

“Karl Lagefeld Villas Marbella is the embodiment of a truly unique and truly exclusive project focused on the most prestigious lifestyle in harmony with nature that united talents of these great brands have ever created."

Sierra Blanca Estates is a historic property developer on Marbella market. Its founder, Pedro Rodriguez Castillo, was born in Ciudad Real and after a risky business venture in the USA where he opened his own company Hispanidad Holidays, he returned to Spain in the early 1990s to settle in Marbella, where he has been investing and creating urbanizations with the Sierra Blanca stamp, some of the most luxurious on the Costa del Sol, along with La Zagaleta for several years.

One of his latest luxury projects in Marbella, EPIC Marbella, was styly presented Madrid last March at the Four Season. This latest project of 56 luxury homes, which could cost up to € 7 million, is now joined by a residential project with Karl Lagerfeld, which will also feature The One Atelier, another leading company in the luxury residential segment, with which Sierra Blanca Estates has already developed other projects of the same type.

For Karl Lagerfeld's company, this is not the first experience in real estate, as the designer's love for architecture has manifested itself in projects such as the Luxury Hotel (6 *) in Macau, which will soon open its doors and the design of which was commissioned by Karl Lagerfeld himself. Now the fashion brand is taking a new step in expanding its hotel and residential complexes, and this time it is focusing on Spain.
