In several municipalities of Cadiz, housing prices fall the most in the summer

Cadiz is a province that is difficult to resist. There you can find cute villages, delicious food, sunny days, a pleasant climate and a high quality of life, and these are just some of its advantages.

According to the latest monthly sales price report prepared by the real estate portal Pisos.com, the cost of housing for sale in the province of Cadiz last month reached 1,483 euros per sq. m., which ranks second among the most expensive properties in Andalusia. The average sale price of secondary housing in the community was 1,388 euros per sq. m., and the most expensive province was Malaga (2,174 euros per sq. m.). With an average price per square meter of 2,470 euros, buying a house in Cadiz is more expensive than in the capital Malaga (2,451 euros per sq. m.) and even in Seville (2,038 euros per sq. m.). In general, the figures for the city show a decrease in prices by -1.27% over the past three months.

Algeciras and Chipiona are the municipalities with the largest drop, with the latter also leading the decline year-on-year (-3.78%).

With an average price per square meter of 1,716 euros, Chipiona ranks first in the list with a drop of -7.56% over the past three months (-4.73% compared to the previous month). There is the same situation in Algeciras, where the quarterly change is -7.29%, and the price per square meter in this locality for the past August was 1,049 euros.
