In a new location: Grupo Lar leases a new office for the headquarters

The headquarters of the group of real estate companies Grupo Lar changes its address. Headed by Miguel Pereda, the company has left the old office located in Madrid at 14 Rosario Pino Street. According to idealista / news, the new address is st. Maria de Molina, 39. The move will affect about 120 employees of the company.

“This decision is very significant for us. With our business model overhauled over the past year, various initiatives have been taken to foster innovation and the evolution of work practices,” Cristina Rodríguez Rom, director of capital and Iberian media at Grupo Lar, told idealista / news.

The new office of the company is located on the 10th floor of a multi-purpose office building. Arima Real Estate owns the premises leased by Grupo Lar. “Our choice fell on the tenth floor, and we also chose in favor of flexible workspaces and with the expectation of vacant positions. This office will be a motivating space for us that will allow us to continue our growth in business,” says Rodriguez Rom. “The area of the offices is approximately 1,150 sq. m. This space is larger than the previous one, and the layouts are more functional here,” she adds.

The office building itself was built in 1968. There is 18,000 sq.m. office space on ten floors, a basement, and a car park. An abundance of light distinguishes the open space of the office, and due to the correct rectangular layout, it is easy to divide it into offices. The building attracts tenants with such functionality. Moreover, an additional three-storey cube-shaped building is attached to the main building of the building, where premises are also leased. The total area of the annexe is 1,700 sq.m. The real estate in the office complex is owned by Arima Real Estate and three other companies.
