Valencian CaixaBank, the third largest bank in Spain, this week published an attractive offer for those who are desperate to buy a home due to astronomical prices on the market, but do not want to resort to renting. The bank's offer is 958 residential properties, apartments and chalets, at prices below 30,000 euros. All of them are located on the official portal of CaixaBank called Haya.
The bank also offers the possibility of obtaining a mortgage loan for the purchase of this housing, which will cover 100% of its cost. This is an exceptional rarity in the sector — usually the maximum offer covers no more than 80% of the purchase price. On Haya, the bank regularly publishes the real estate objects at its disposal. As a rule, these are assets received from bankrupt mortgage borrowers. The bank needs to get rid of these objects as soon as possible, so discounts and preferential loans are used.

The website states that the uncertainty in the real estate market generated by the economic crisis and the pandemic makes it difficult to predict how prices will develop this year and next.
