Dolce & Gabbana launches real estate projects in Marbella, Miami and the Maldives

Dolce & Gabbana, an Italian fashion house, is taking another step in expanding its portfolio and business. The fashion house has announced its debut in the real estate market and is going to launch three brand-new development projects in Europe, America and Asia.

The company enters the luxury residential property market in Marbella (Spain) and Miami (Florida), and also opens its business in the hotel sector through a project in the Maldives. All these projects will be made in the corporate style of D&C. The company is going to bring the phrase "Made in Italy" to the world real estate markets.

World-class partners in Spain and the USA will help the brand to reach a new level of business. We are talking about Sierra Blanca Estates, which sells luxury housing in Marbella and on the Costa del Sol, as well as JDS Development Group, based in New York and operating in Miami and South Florida.

In the Maldives, D&G will be partnered with DarGlobal, a London-based developer and cooperate with fashion brands, such as Versace and companies from other fields, including Lamborghini and Trump Organization.

The company will build an elite residential complex on the Golden Mile in Marbella. According to Sierra Blanca Estates, it will occupy an area of 90,000 sq. m. The company also adds that the cooperation also affects the project on the Costa del Sol, which will combine a residential complex, a commercial unit and a place for leisure.

As of the end of March 31, 2022, D&G's turnover was 1.26 billion euros. The company expects greater sales and profits in 2022-2023. The optimism of the management is unshakable even in the current turbulent times and the crisis in the global economy, which affected important markets for Dolce & Gabbana, including China and Russia.
