Culmia puts into operation 15 luxury houses in the historic center of San Sebastian

Culmea puts into operation Calmia Harribitxi Donostia. This is a luxurious five-storey project. It consists of 15 luxury houses with two, three and four bedrooms. The houses have a storage room and a garage. There are commercial premises on the ground floors that are sold on Idealista. A distinctive feature is the use of high-quality materials.

Culmia Harribitxi Donostia is the result of the reconstruction of a historic building built at the end of the 19th century. During the restoration, the facade was preserved taking into account the architectural value. Some elements were restored to give it original appearance.

The internal infrastructure of the complex is thought out to the smallest detail. The ergonomics does not upset the balance with the historical structure appearance. Harmony of comfort and sophistication became the leading directions of reconstruction. The houses were designed in such a way as to optimize the space.

It was built in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency. Besides, it has an A energy rating. Due to various functional capabilities, it provides an ideal and stable temperature in all houses. In addition, efficient heating and ventilation systems are installed inside, as well as double-glazed windows that guarantee heat and sound insulation. The composition of the facade glazing has also been designed in such a way as to limit heat loss and enhance sound insulation.

The company is already implementing 12 projects in the central and northern regions. There are more than 650 houses.

«Culmia Harribitxi Donostia is one of our most special developments. The development project is located in a renovated historic building in the heart of San Sebastian. It offers families a great option for new luxury housing. Attention to detail, the use of noble materials and the optimization of the distribution of space are combined in it with the exclusivity of living in such an outstanding building», explains Javier del Castillo, head of Culmia for central and northern regions.
