The prices for housing in La Rioja went up by 4.6% in the first quarter of 2022 compared to the results for the same period in 2021. The data were published by property valuation company Gesvalt in the «Housing Report» for the first 3 months of this year.
According to Gesvalt analysis, the mean price for sq. meter of residential property in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja was €1,108 in the first quarter of 2022. For reference, the mean price for sq. meter in Spain is at the level of €1,439.
As for the rent per sq. meter, then in compliance with the statement, it has reached €6.67/m2 per month in La Rioja. Therefore, the housing rental cost advance amounted 5.6% in annualized terms.
