Plan Suelo 10 is the name of new Aliseda Inmobiliaria campaign. As part of this initiative, the company offers for sale more than 1,300 land plots with an initial payment of 10% and a deferred payment of up to 10 months for the remaining amount.
Thus, Aliseda puts on the market land and unused construction sites for various purposes (industrial, commercial, residential) with a total cost of EUR 331,000,000. 1,050 plots are intended for residential use, where about 23,000 houses can be built, according to the company.
The land plots included in Plan Suelo 10 initiative are located in all provinces of Spain: Galicia, Madrid, Valencia, Murcia and Andalusia.
«We are helping to overcome the main obstacle faced by developers, especially possibility to financing. We believe that this is an important initiative for the further development of the land and real estate market», explains Eduard Mendiluche, CEO of Aliseda Inmobiliaria.
Plan Suelo 10 campaign is a continuation of the campaign launched in 2019 under the name Plan Suelo Fácil, due to which Aliseda put up for sale more than 1,500 land plots with an area of 1.8 million square meters intended for development. More than 700 land plots were sold as part of the campaign.
