The developer Aedas has reached one of the most important new residential sectors of Seville and possibly Spain: Entrenúcleos, in the municipality of Dos Hermanas. Three projects are being launched with 237 single-family and multi-family houses in the best area of this famous region, next to the united neighborhood of Montequinto.
The developer has started marketing the first phase of the residential complexes Eris, Elara and Portia, which offer "houses for every taste", as noted by Julio Gomez, development manager of Aedas Homes in Andalusia and responsible for the projects.
Eris: garden and private plot
Eris offers 50 semi-detached houses with 5 bedrooms and a large area - from 160 sq. m., with a garden and a private plot, in addition to a garage for two cars at a price of 325,000 euros. "These are three-and four-storey high-level houses, some with a basement, with all the amenities and privacy," explains Julio Gomez.
Elara: magnificent communal areas
In the second of the projects, Elara, the developer will build 100 spacious townhouses with 4 bedrooms at a price of 230,000 euros in a magnificent complex with communal areas, with a swimming pool for adults and children, an ice rink, a children's playground, a gym and a social club. "These are houses that combine modern exterior design and spacious interiors, located in a privileged location, just a stone's throw from Montequinto, a 10-minute drive from Seville and with all kinds of services and amenities nearby, such as schools, libraries, supermarkets, sports and entertainment centers," says the manager.
Portia: the best view of Seville
Finally, the third of the projects launched by AEDAS Homes in Entrenucleos – Portia is a residential complex of 87 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with terraces and attractive communal areas (swimming pool, children's playground, gardens and a social club) at a price of 155,400 euros, including a garage and a storage room. "The houses are characterized by high environmental friendliness, brightness due to large windows and modern design. And, very importantly, they are in the best location in the sector with the best views of Seville," says Julio Gomez.
These projects are aimed primarily at local customers from Dos Hermanas and the Seville metropolitan region, a city with which they are perfectly connected thanks to the public transport network – buses and metro, as well as due to the connection with the SE-9019 highway, the Seville-Utrera highway and the SE-40 ring road.
