After four years of construction, Delfin Tower residential complex, located on the first line of Levante Beach in Benidorm, is finally available for sale to future residents. It is an elite apartment building for "local and foreign buyers with high purchasing power." In fact, the sale of one of its top-floor apartments for €2.8 million was the most expensive deal in the history of the tourist capital of Spain and one of the most expensive deals on the Costa Blanca.
Delfin Tower was erected on a plot next to the legendary five-star Delfin Hotel. The residential complex will become one of the most promising projects in Poniente. Its real estate market has been growing rapidly in recent years thanks to such properties as Intempo (the tallest residential building in Spain).

Delfin Tower became the first apartment complex in the city to receive a Leed Gold certificate. Neither the pandemic nor the global economic downturn have slowed down the implementation of projects in the tourist capital of Costa Blanca. In recent years, the city has been active in Poniente, which is now positioned as a more exclusive destination.
Delfin Tower is one of the few vacant land plots on the first line of the beach in Benidorm. The complex is located next to Via Park, the area where Intempo opened its doors last year, and TM, based in Alicante, is developing its largest project in Spain.
