About
Shrem Group is a private development group with 35 years of experience, specializing in unique residential and commercial buildings. The group developed real estate projects in North America mainly in Connecticut and NYC between 1988 and 2007. From 2009 to 2013, the group develops in Bulgaria, Sofia and Plovdiv more than 1,300 residential units. Since 2015, the group's activity has focused on the Spanish market, targeting residential and commercial properties in Barcelona. Shrem Group continues to grow and develop its portfolio, focusing on major cities and prime locations.
