Shrem Group is a private development group with 35 years of experience, specializing in unique residential and commercial buildings. ​ The group developed real estate projects in North America mainly in Connecticut and NYC between 1988 and 2007. ​ From 2009 to 2013, the group develops in Bulgaria, Sofia and Plovdiv more than 1,300 residential units. ​ Since 2015, the group's activity has focused on the Spanish market, targeting residential and commercial properties in Barcelona. ​ Shrem Group continues to grow and develop its portfolio, focusing on major cities and prime locations.
