Since its inception, PROARA sets its objectives in quality construction and customer service, which has been demonstrated throughout these more than 45 years of work. The company consolidates in the sector and becomes a Public Limited Company in 1975. Since then it has continued to grow, slowly but constantly, adapting to the changes in society and the evolution of the market. New challenges led to the birth of several companies that consolidated what is now the PROARA Group, expanding its objectives. During the last decades, in addition to housing promotion and construction, the company has dedicated great efforts to the development of Urban Programs and the generation of urban land.
