Medhouses is a relatively young company formed when 6 partners got together to develop and promote the area west of Benijófar (Alicante — Costa Blanca). The experience of the partners has always been within the building and construction sector with a multitude of areas of expertise: Engineering, architecture, construction, interior design, sales and marketing.
We began in Benijófar, about 30km south of Alicante airport and just 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca and soon acquired the stunning plot now known as L’Amerador in El Campello, 10km north of Alicante.
The aim of the founding members was to offer a competitive, modern home to international and local homebuyers with all the services an established town could offer. After much searching the Costa Blanca, Benijófar was chosen as it met all the requirements we believed our clients were looking for.
