The real estate activity is carried out either with its own developments, in which the land on which the specific project will be developed is acquired, with joint ventures with other investors or by managing projects of other investors. In this sense, Grupo Rosmarino has an agreement with BBVA for the comprehensive management of some of its real estate developments.
