Asentia was founded in 2010 by Inmobiliaria Colonial to manage its property and land development business. Colonial currently does not have a holding in Asentia.
As a requirement of its debt restructuring process, Colonial reduced its stake in the company to under 20% early in 2014 and progressively continued to lessen it, until it reached its present situation, in which it is entirely separate from Asentia.
Its most well-known qualities are its extensive background in and knowledge of the real estate sector, an expert team of professionals and the efficient management systems it has implemented.
As its main differentiating factor, Asentia is quality-focused in all its development activities, together with a conception of projects in which people and meeting their needs takes precedence over the other elements of the value chain.
